Ray and Judy and Pat and I attended a live taping of the Chevy Insider Fishing Report in Ilamorada Last week.  Pat won the top prize, a pair of Costa sunglasses.

DOLPHIN

Captain Ray is hoding one of the Dolphin he and judy caught the other day.  He also caught a hook in his finger.

Captain Bob Randall is holding a few of the Salmon and Steelhead he caught recently while fishing the Little Manistee River.

John and Dottie did some crabbing at the Jersey shore with their granddaughter Emily.

Passaic River Pike

Danny Viscardo    Finally a great morning on the river for pike. To say it has been a slow year so far is an understatement. But today it came together with 6 pike landed and a few swings and misses. Hope it gets better from now on.

Cynthia Doyle from Canada fished with Captain Dave Perkins and caught this 32 inch snook in 12 inches of water.

Captain Gus

Captain Gus Ramirez has not been doing much fishing lately so he is spending his time making these great lobster trap picture frames.  He even finds a picture of you and puts it in the frame.

Three Permit

Captain Dave Perkins with his young angler, whose name I forgot, is holding one of three permit that the angler caught that day.

First Snook

Lisa Wolf fished with Captain Dave Perkins last week and caught her first snook.

45 lb Dolphin

Mike Bavaro from Colts Neck, NJ took off a few days from racing and fished with Captain Mark Sherry off of Islamorada.  Mike caught this 45 lb Dolphin along with Yellowtail and Tuna.

First Snook

Captain Glenn Warington fished the Creek the other night with Captain John Tummel.  Glenn caught this 24 inch Snook for his first of the season.

New Hats

Our new hats designed and sewn by Sally Belman.  Sally still holds the record for largest Snook caught in Tavernier Creek.

Captain Bob Randall is fishing with Captain Glenn Warington this morning and just sent me this picture.

Huge Permit

Captain Charley Best caught this Permit a few days ago.  It weighed in at 45 lb.

Nancy Randall scorded first with this 18 inch Mangrove.

Mangrove Snapper

We have been catching a mess of Mangrove Snappers the last few nights.

Captain Bob Randall hooked a huge Jack while fishing the docks of the creek.

Pike

Captain jim Dowling is back home in Michigan and doing some ice fishing.  He caught this nice Pike the other day.

REEF DAY

Captains Glenn and John had  a good day at the reefs.

My nephew John Koblen fished for Redfish in LA recently and caught this hog on a crocodile spoon.

The Creek

Tavernier Creek is still producing some nice size sheepshead for Captain Glenn Warington and
his daughter Lori and husband Dave who got out from the Boston snow for awhile.

Captain Perkins caught about 60 extra large shrimp (12 to the lb.) the other night along with 18 nice, bait size crabs.

Lola

Captain Dave Perkin's First Mate Lola is keeping an eye on that manatee.
