Trout

Pat caught this 18 inch trout the other day. We caught 6 or 7 but this was the only keeper. We have been using jigs with 4 inch white shad.

  1. Gut it, filet it, leave the skin on, and pan fry it! Just like Huddy's Delicious. Just be sure all the bones are out!
